Welcome Reception: Friday 6:00 to 7:45pm at Cuvaison Carneros Estate Winery in Napa overlooking the race start area. Wine paired with appetizers. $25 per person.
Race Dinner: Saturday, July 17th 6:45pm to 8:30pm at Cornerstone Gardens. Wine tasting and gourmet organically grown dinner in beautiful outdoor setting. Guest speaker and dessert at 8:00pm. Limited to 100 people. Cost is $60.
Guest Wine Glass: One wine glass included per each registered runner (must present ticket on race bib at post-race festival to claim glass). Registered runners may also purchase extra wine glasses online for guests. $15 includes logo glass and wine tasting at post-race festival ($20 at event). Limit is 2 glasses.
Early Packet Pickup: Friday July 16th 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Packet Pickup, wine reception and race orientation with guest speaker at the Sports Basement San Francisco Presidio location. Cost is $15.
Late Packet Pickup: pick up your packet on Sunday July 18th at the start area at Cuvaison Estate Winery. Cost is $15.
Half Marathon Registration
Half registration is limited to the first 3,000 entries. Due to time constraints registration is only for runners and racewalkers who can complete the 13.1 mile course in 3:30 or less, a pace of 15:00 min per mile or better. Registration will remain open until 3,000 total half marathon entries have been received. Once sold-out, you may sign up for our email or wait list. Lottery winners are notified of their selection on March 1st.
Team Registration
You may enter a team of 6 or more runners and save $10 off registration while competing for both individual and team awards. To enter a team you must first have a team captain download a Team Registration Form (Printable Forms) allowing you to register your team and pre-pay for the minimum six entries which ensures your team's place in the race. Once paid for and received your team spots will be reserved and your captain will then be emailed a passcode for your six team members to use while registering for these pre-paid spots online. Additional teammates may be added beyond the original six members by registering (payment required) under the team category online and selecting the team name, up until registration is sold out. Teams may be all men, all women, or co-ed. The best six times count towards the team’s cumulative total and the times are age and gender handicapped based on the national average times for a half marathon.

Elite Runner Registration
If you are an elite runner please email a bio with running resume to include recent times and PR's to: raceinfo@destinationraces.com for request of elite status. To qualify as an elite you must be able to compete for a top three overall finish (M & F) as a limited number of elite spots available. If approved, you will be emailed an elite entry form and waiver to be returned by email, fax or mail.
Registration Extras (optional)
Extra Wine Glass and Tasting
For $15 you may purchase a logo wine glass for family/friends which are good for the wine/beer tasting event in Sonoma Plaza. We recommend that you purchase any additional wine glasses when you register. Limit two glasses (must be 21). If any glasses remain they will be sold at the event.
FRIDAY WELCOME RECEPTION
Join us for our opening reception and guest speaker with wine tasting and hors d'oeuvres accompanied by an expert sommelier discussing the wines of the Carneros region at Cuvaison Winery.
RACE DINNER
Sign up for the race dinner on Saturday evening featuring wine tasting, appetizers, gourmet Italian pasta dinner and dessert at Cornerstone Gardens.
VIP packet pickup & wine pouring at Sports Basement

For convenience you may sign up for our early VIP packet pick up option at Sports Basement in San Francisco. All attendees and friends will receive 20% off all purchases, and be invited to a special wine tasting. Sports Basement is a sporting goods and outdoor outlet store located next to one of San Francisco's most picturesque landmarks, the Golden Gate Bridge. Sports Basement carries the top brands, all at 10-60% below retail. Take in the beautiful views of Alcatraz, Crissy Field and the Golden Gate Bridge and step into one of San Francisco's most unique retailers! When you pay for this option your packet will be available for pickup at any of the events on all three days.
